Over train on AAS

ya, You'll get there...trust me, your chest and shoulders will fill out in a couple years. My shoulders got a lot wider and I really filled out between 20-25.

Well my shoulders arent really a problem, its my chest that slacks. No matter how hard i train it.

Try doing flyes and dumbbell work first and then flat bench at the end of your chest routine...after all of the blood is already flowin good through the area.

I am starting to do super sets lately. It seems weighted dips are really helping.

Can do 4 45s for 8

I just go how i feel...Its very possible to overtrain wile juiceing but recovery is fast....This question is one of those dam if u do and dam if u dont....dw

The compounds help with muscular recovery but not so much with the nervous system, and that goes hand in hand with overtraining-

We wail our bodies with hardcore exercise, caffeine, and the stresses and strains of everyday life. If the rest, water and especially nutritional facets of training are not totally adhered to we leave ourselves more open to overtraining IMHO.

But then, I'm an old dude, LOL
