Orals on your days off?

I know a lot of guys think that you have to take your orals on your days off but I have been not doing that because I feel like I put my liver with about a gram of test a week and orals ect. through enough but has anyone tried both methods and do I really need to take my orals on days off?

I don't think you "need" to but it will aid in recovery if you do.

The idea of the steroids are to create a more "anabolic" environment staying more "anabolic" 24/7 will have better results than using orals as a pre-workout only.

I would never use dbol and Winny at the same time but if I was, I would take them every day.

Why would you not use them together?

The great thing about dbol is it fills you with water weight. Your stronger. Joints are nice and padded. Time to go heavy.

The great thing about Winny is it's ability to spare muscle during caloric deficit. It drys everything out. Sucks the water out of your joints. Time to go a bit lighter.

Using them together defeats the benefits of each.

I agree with GS different drugs for different purposes.

I would never use dbol and Winny at the same time but if I was, I would take them every day.

I did at the end of one cycle and thought it was a great combo. Winny kept the bloat down and the dbol kept my joints from hurting. Picked up strength and saw some great definition…
