Your filming sucks balls but your pulls are first rate bro. How is that knee doin anyway??? It'll take some time for it to take full effect but the deca should help with that knee

knee was pretty sucky pob, would be sweet if the deca took full effect, it may be kicking in, thats more weight than i usually do, but this fukin weather and work is hammering my joints bro.

If you drop your hips you can get more initial leg drive for the movement. Perhaps you started a bit high b/c of your knee?
