Hey everyone! Its been a while I went through some situations but I found out I have celiac (I think I spelled it right) I have been keeping my weight at bay but now I want to pick up some of the weight that I have lost going gluten free. I try to stay active eating every 2 to 3 hours but I'm still not holding all the weight. I am working my way back into the gym hoping it helps. Any advice on this....? I just found out I had it about 3 weeks ago. I'm 40 now 5'6 180lbs. I want to get back up to about 195 or 200lbs. where I was before I started losing. Thanks for any info.

Brown rice flower, ground oatmeal into a flower can substitute many things. Oatmeal dough pizza minus cheese is great. Vegan non soy protean powders, zucenie pasta cooked in olive oil salt pepper and mushroom.. Tons of options bro
