Hey everyone! Its been a while I went through some situations but I found out I have celiac (I think I spelled it right) I have been keeping my weight at bay but now I want to pick up some of the weight that I have lost going gluten free. I try to stay active eating every 2 to 3 hours but I'm still not holding all the weight. I am working my way back into the gym hoping it helps. Any advice on this....? I just found out I had it about 3 weeks ago. I'm 40 now 5'6 180lbs. I want to get back up to about 195 or 200lbs. where I was before I started losing. Thanks for any info.
