Hey everyone,
Figured I’d stop in and say hello. I’m an Army vet and have been in the gym for close to two decades now. I took some time away from social media for a while and just recently decided to jump back in, so it’s nice to find a forum that’s still active. I’ve been around the community for a long time. I’ve been a member of other boards since 2017.
