Hey folks,
Just joined. former competitive amateur bodybuilder (5 competitions), later PhD in Neuroscience, professor of neuroscience and weightlifting athlete, former moderator in Chemical Enhancement forum of "Muscular Development" Forums. .Records: 5th place northwest regional amateur bodybuilding. Competition records: 455lb triple for front squat below parallel, 585 lb deadlift, 585x6 squat, 315x14 reps, bench press. Pro-AS, but watched a few men die from their use; example Derek Anthony, Bostin Lloyd, Dallas McCarver. Currently (as always) getting in better shape. Love to all the hard work getting done. had a lot of friends in bb forums... interested in getting in shape with moderate PED enhancement...

Loving the Intro, and I think you're gonna like it here. Whether you define "old" as 40-somethings, or 50s, or 60s ... you will meet a lot of fellow old guys here, with experience being the common denominator.

Welcome.

Good to have ya Doc! We all like to bull shit! Lots of knowledge and support here.
Sounds like you need the support more than the knowledge but the greatest teachers are the ones that never stop being a student eh? Can't wait to see some posts!
