Greetings all, I'm Mike I know a few folks from all over. Been on the boards since 2000 used to go by "Bronc", transitioned from boxer, to PL'er and now bodybuilding (easiest on my body at this point). I'm 42, married with a 2yr old daughter. The Mrs. just placed well in her first NPC comp. 1st A, 3rd Masters, 3rd Open. I'm too lazy to prep myself so I live vicariously through her exploits now

Looking to learn more about gear and ancillaries for women, I'm well versed in my own "supplementation" but not aware of what works well for women besides the obvious go to answer "Anavar".
