nutrition calculator for recipes - downloadable

Does anyone have a good nutrition calculator to recommend? I want to be able to put in the ingredients I am using, and serving size. Then get a per serving, and total nutrition break down. I can find many online apps that do this, but none that I can download. Iphone app would be fine as well. I have download a couple of those, but the selection of food is weak.

I do not mind having to add my own values for the food I am adding. Meaning that there does not have to be a database of foods to pick from. I just want something to do the math for me and spit out totals.

Thanks! This allows your own recipes, so it works pretty well. Now I can dial in my snacks and mass prepared meals.

And sorry everyone for the title. I see all the visits, and now notice that I made it look like I was offering a download. My bad.
