Ok thinking about my next cycle and it will look like this, let me know what, u guys think?

100-150mg tne every day for weeks 1-10 (two hours before gym)
400mg test e weekly for weeks 1-16
400mg deca a week for weeks 1-14

Insulin 10ius pre workout days only (weeks 1-4, 9-12)

stats:
39
5.6
205-210 now and goal is 225-230 by januaryish__________________

I have run slin a couple times at 10iu post with no problems, but I heard some good things about running it preworkout.

Do just once what others say you can't do, and you will never pay attention to their limitations again

too much slin.
Take the deca to 400. i would also personally extend the test 2 weeks past the deca.

how much experience do you have with slin? What kind of slin? Have you considered addin hgh or peptides to the slin?

I would up the test to 500. Keep the deca where it is and only run it for 12 weeks. (DECA DICK PREVENTION TIP)!

Deca at 400mg will make a difference and cut it off at week 14. 14 weeks is plenty of time to grow on Deca and running the test 2 weeks longer will give the deca time to clear. If you are planning on cruising after your cycle is over then go ahead and run the Deca out through 16 weeks. But, if you are to recover and run a PCT, cut the Deca out after week 14. IF that's true, what will your PCT look like?

Not sure yet on cruise or pct, prolly cruise then blast, then cutter for summer.

sounds like more thought is needed,I too think that is a shitload of insulin

insulin sensitivity will greatly be enhanced while training(or during activity) thus more carbs or less slin will be needed. I'd start at lower dosages(say4-6iu) and work your way up.

looks like a lot of slin though i've never run it, but i would also agree to run the test 2wks longer than the decca.

Update I have been on slin at 10iu preworkout for 5 days now and feel great, no problems with hypo and dont feel crappy after at all.

So I think I will stay at 10iu.

Please do not post if u have never used slin, I am looking for experienced only please.
