Hi. I joined to learn things. I know a good bit about weight loss from life but never really delved into building or lifting. I do calisthenic s to keep myself in one piece but I want to kick it up a notch. So forgive me if I ask stupid questions. lol. Previously I wasn't really capable of growing any but I fixed the broken body chemistry so I think I'm gonna dive in the deep end. At 37. Kind of late to the party but hell, why not?
