Bulk up for about half the year, then get into hella good basketball shape to go try out for my local NBDL team!

Yeah like AM said, get healthy after the worst year of my life. Completely come back stronger and better and ever. And I will never forget it and use it as motivation. Always remember.

Bulk through the winter, which is going very well i might add. And than cut down for the summer. Sounds blazay i know but i've never done a serious cut in my life. My goal is to look the best i have ever looked and i think that is doable even at 53.
