@CJ Smalls Welcome man! Your story is very similar to many of us here. Lots of good brothers all finding that balance of meeting our obligations of life and family, and finding time for the iron as well. MANY different ways to approach it and none are 'right' or 'wrong'.
One thing I will share is that coming back to the gym after a decade off, I learned that the most powerful tool I have at my disposal is learning 'eat for your goals'. (whatever those goals may be)
