New to the board. I have been around other forums for quite some time. I'm a personal trainer. I was once close to 26% bf and over a 3 year period lost about 100 pounds down to 6% at one time. Competed in 3 men's physique shows the past couple years but have since to a hiatus due to work. Glad to finally be back at it. Hope I'm able to help here and learn something myself.
