Hello to all !!!! It's been A little over a year since I've hit the weights and I can't wait to start again.ive been looking for good advice and ran across this forum and saw some post and liked what I seen and the advice that was givin so I thought what better place to be since I'm hitting the gym again to join the forum and see how it goes glad to be here !!!!!!! Goals , first is to gain mass and weight I'm trying to eat as much as I can lol with out getting sick I'm almost at 5000 cal a day and rising. At this time I'm 168lbs and I'm trying to get to 190lbs woo can't wait anybody know of some high calorie foods to help.(I have such a high metabolism )
