Good morning Friends,
I am new to the forum, but not a newbie to the gym. A little about me, im 29yrs old, 220lbs 5"11", been working out pretty consistantly for the last 4 years. I am currently deployed in Iraq, but am not letting that stop my gains. There happens to be a gym about 5 minutes away from where i sleep, Thank You God, and i do have the time to get there most days. I am doing a combination of powerlifting and bodybuilding routine right now. Having fun with it, since its something new. I think we can all agree its great to try something different when we hit plateaus. I am hoping to learn some new things on this forum, and possible help out with the info i have acquired/stole along the way. I look forward to posting.
