hey everyone, new member have been lurking for a bit seems like there’s plenty of knowledgeable people on here so keen to learn. A bit about me I’m 26 have been training on and off since I was 18 used to be more cardio and strength training for footy but the last 18 months I’ve just been focusing on bodybuilding. I’m 6 ft 5. About 107kg at maybe 15-20 percent bf. Current lifts bench-115kg, deadlift-170kg, squat- 140kg. Currently natty but researching my first cycle atm look forward to meeting everyone cheers!
