Hey All how's it going? Tektom here - Been working out since I was 14 and am now 50! Been in a few competitions back in my 20s. Won Mr. Toronto LtHvwt in 1988, and a few other ok placings. Worked at Gold's gym back in the day and now I'm an IT manager, so go to the gym in the mornings before work.

Great little site you have here, looking forward to interacting with you all and exchanging some ideas.

I used to train at Powerhouse on the Queensway back in the 80's/90's.

That's wild. I remember that Gold's at Dixie and Dundas. I went there once but never joined. Then Jim Ward opened Powerhouse and I joined there. Was a member there for 11 years from '88-99.
