Whats up guys? Im Justin, 26 years old, 205lbs, been lifting weights on and off since I was 15 years old. Im a daily user on SupplementReviews.com (GymJunkie) and was brought to this site from TID's Tumblr guy who sent me a message.

Im currently running Jim Wendlers 5/3/1 program, 2nd week into the program but Im running into the same snags Ive had my whole life, ****ed up shoulder, knees, and lower back. Hoping to work past these issues soon with the help from members of this site.
