54, 6'1 weight ranges from 280 -310, like many old fucks, I'm beat up from all the abuse over the years.
I compete in a few PL feds as bench only, USAPL, USPA, and just recently signed on for a meet with The Metal Militia.
Best comp bench was this past December at a USAP meet in Erie PA 197.5kg or 435.41lb. It was a 4th attempt after hitting 195 for the state record. I only had about 3 minutes between the 3rd and 4th lifts so I only took a 2.5 kg jump. I think I could have hit a 200kg if I had a few more minutes. Training for that meet drained the fuck out of me, I 'm not as young as I once was.
Best "equipped" bench was a 295kg or 650.36lb self hand off with a double black bench daddy band.
