There’s lots of great stuff you can do after a therapuedic self phlebotomy.

On second thought that’s probably not age appropriate.

I like to dump the pint of blood in my bath water and leave a razor blade on the side of the tub.

Gets my wife every time.

Not a fool-proof idea. I tried it once and hid in the laundry room so I could hear her scream. What I heard instead was her phoning somebody and saying "ok Honey, you can come over now!"
