Some folks asked me about this. Here is an article.

I had family duties last night when I pasted this so didn't give any details. Nattokinase was studied in cell culture. They expressed SARS CoV 2 spike so it was on the surface of the cells and then treated them with the nattokinase. It digested the spike protein. The implication is that it will do similar in the human body when ingested. I didn't find anything that directly answered that question. Nattokinase has been used for antithrombotic properties. It has been used in experimental settings on canines and shown to work as antithrombotic when administered oraly. It has made it at least through phase 2 clinical trials. Some BBers use it to drop hematocrit. Some have luck with it but dose seems to be 8000 iu/d for that effect. I used 4000 iu/d and it didn't do much for me. Same brand as someone on this site that used it at 8000 iu/d with success.

Going to see about a cleerly exame on the ol ticker its like a calcium score but they look at soft plaque as well, but it also costs about $1500

I take 4000 iu a day when on cycle these days and it seems to keep my crit down some. It didn't the first time I used it but it does sem to now. the problem is that when I sneeze or cough hard I blow out a blood vessel in my eye. My BP is fine so not the problem as far as I know. Anyone else seeing this?

I started taking Natto for the sole reason of HCT. Been taking 10,000 units a day for well over a month with no other changes. Gonna get a CBC soon. Interested to see results. I do have telltale signs of high HCT which kind of gradually disappeared. It was 56 a few months ago.

As far as the spike protein, I did have long Covid that was absolutely resolved after a week long round of Ivermectin. That shit was just not going away. Constant, annoying cough.

Nothing as far as breaking blood vessels in the eyes sneezing? It is an anticoagulant.

Off topic, but anyone ever noticed their heart rate decreasing with higher HCT? My pulse has crept to low 50's, sometimes hitting 40's at night. Just trying to get an idea if it's a mark of true fitness or artificial.

I use nattokinase ever since Dante mentioned it as possibly lowering RBC/hemoglobin/HCT when coupled with citrus bergamot. For reference, scripted 100 mg of test cyp twice a week will run my hemoglobin around 20 and HCT around 58. Running 30 mg a day of test cyp coupled with 4,000 fu of nattokinase and 2,000 mg of citrus bergamot will bring them down to around 18 and 54-55. If I run test cyp at 20 mg a day and add in 20-30 mg a day of mast with the nattokinase and citrus bergamot it falls to 17 and 51-52. This is pretty much my TRT protocol now. Lower the test and match it with mast or a little more. Without test or any gear, I still run around a 17 and 50-51.

I have not had any blood issues with sneezing like you all mentioned.

I do 4,000 fu split between 2 doses per day. I've been using for quite a while now. I donate blood every 60 days prior to starting this my hematocrit usually ran around 53 to 54 at blood donation time. Now, the last two blood draws it was down at 42.3 and 43. I've made no other changes to anything else other than adding citrus bergamot the last 2 months. I was actually going to let that drop when I ran out but may keep running it together.

I know my blood pressure is down a little bit overall.

I take a mix for my residual DVT Sx and prevention. 1/2 full aspirin in the am, 2.5 mg eliquis pm. 2000 IU Nattokinase am and 10,000 FU Lumbrokinase pm. No bleeding/bruising issues. No effect on HCT. DVT Sx resolving better than 2 x 5 mg of Eliquis with bleeding issues. Had COVID last week, mild, mostly head cold Sx, still some congestion but cough gone and sinuses are open now. Ears are still blocked to some degree but improving. This round really messed with my hearing and balance. Only had 12 hrs of low grade fever on Thurs night. Trained light Sunday am and this am. No issues. Hit the Dulera inhaler and flonase hard for several days then tapered. Keep the inflammation down. Doubled my curcurmin and vit C last week. Still testing positive on the rapid test but I did for a couple weeks last time after Sx resolved. Girlfriend had exactly the same Sx, now being treated for a secondary sinus infection, but no positive COVID test. She has never been COVID positive and exposed multiple times over the past several years.
