Nice work man.

Nothing wrong with hitting the required reps only. It makes you nice and ready for the following week.

Thanks guys! GA, definitely throw some chins in.. they're even great as part of a warmup. I've definitely noticed a difference in my back since I started doing them more consistently.. I don't believe there is any substitute.

Alright, so I've had a hella busy couple weeks.. my schedule has been jacked. I decided to play a little catch up, on account of feeling like a lazy ass. Two sessions yesterday, one early and one later.

Ended the first session there, in and out. No extra reps on this one, I was pressed for time and I knew I'd need the energy for another session later in the evening. Felt good, easy squats.
