DHEA supplementation usually doesn't do much at all unless your DHEA is low. If it is low, you can get some benefit out of it.
Also of note, DHEA is one of the most faked/unreliable supplements on the market. I tried finding the article we used to have on WCBB, but there was a study that tested the DHEA product of 30 companies. Of those tested, there were only like 4-5 that were accurately dosed with many only have 10-20% of the claimed quantity. These were OTC supplement companies and pharmaceuticals.
