My Carb Cycling Diet

I am currently on a carb cycling diet and when I am dieting properly, I stay in a slight caloric defecit. My low carb days are days off from training or light training days, and high carb days are my training days.

Here is what I am eating on my carb (training) days:

Breakfast:
2 cups oatmeal. No sweetener or fats. Salt to taste.

Lunch:
1.5 cups rice
8 oz chicken breast

Dinner:
1.5 cups rice
12 oz fish

Bedtime snack:
1 cup cottage cheese

Here is what I am eating on my low carb days:

Breakfast:
2 eggs
2 slices bacon

Lunch:
12 oz chicken thighs
green veggies

Dinner:
8 oz steak
green veggies or salad

Bedtime snack:
1 cup cottage cheese.

this works out to about 2,400 Kcals per day and is sufficient for me to lose weight slowly over time.

That's how I do it when I'm watching my diet.... cycling. High on Training Days (my main 3), Low on off days, and Med on my Fluff Training Day. So, it would be 3 high, 3 low, and 1 med.
