Some of you know me and for those who don't this is what I look like.

Currently in my 2nd week of trying to get shredded. These are before pics. I'll post some afters here in a month or two when I start to see some abs

Thanks guys. I'm a firm believer in looking like I use my own product. lol

I currently drink egg whites 2 and sometimes 3 times a day. It's made a difference for me and my physique so it's easy for me to tell people this is an awesome product!
