Muscle spasms

Had surgery to repair bicep tendons x3, radial nerve neuropathy. Had cervical nerve stimilator put in, got infected had it removed. Total of 11 surgeries. Now 8 months later suffering from horrible muscle spasms. Any help?

Have you called the physician who completed the surgeries?

Only thing that helps my spasms (lower back) is ice and an occasional muscle relaxer like Flexoril.

Bump for lizards advice . I too had same surgery 2005 from jujutsu injury - you have to make extra time for warm ups and stretching the area. Also I take extra magnesium which is the active ingredient in Doans pills . Also can help with getting stronger
