In my defense I wrote that at 6 am while doing cardio. And most of the blood that usually resides in my brain was keeping my morning wood company

Subject is splitting maintenance dose this week, 1iu split.

Hoping to cut down hot, flush feeling on face and temp sick feeling.

Color is good. No UV exposure this week.

Load up for subject was-

.25/.25/.50/.50/.75/.75

Each number representing a day @ 6 days in a row and partial IU.

With that dosage you should not get sick. If you spread it out to 9 days and added another day at each dose you have a much better chance of loosing the flush/sick feeling sides.

ie. .25/.25/.25/.50/.50/.50/.75/.75/.75

i'm curious. You have already started this like a month ago? and u are still feeling sick?

*ijust releixed this. Why are you dropping your dosage back to .25 and going back up to .75 everyweek? With me I usually start like u outlined above. But once i get to 1mg. I stay at 1mg til by desired color. then i do mentinece dosage. 1mg a week.

The subject didn't start getting the sick feeling until after the load up phase. During the load up phase, the dose never reached 1 mg. The once a week 1mg dose at one time was doing it. The sick and heated, flush feeling in the subject's face only lasted about 10 min after maintenance.

The problem was solved by splitting the 1mg dose into two doses at .5 mg every week.

So far so good. The only disadvantage I can see is by not using the UV lights, the subject is experiencing light breakouts.

I didn't think to mention it so thanks for the reminder. Freckles on the subject have become dark as well.

Not many freckles and not a big deal for the subject.
