Fantastic job Mrs.V. Incredible transformation. I have a friend who is 500+ lbs and refuses to exercise. He is only 32 and in very poor health. I will show him what some years of hard work and dedication can achieve. You are a living breathing example of it. Now your life story and how you shredded off the extra weight by exercise and diet etc etc and pictures in a book would be a great seller. Advocate every and anything that worked for you. Our bodies have that tendency to need to be shocked into things. Like losing weight or growing. Eventually the same routine of exercises will stop working to be beneficial.

Back from Heat Surgery...Recovery has taken a while...But I feel a lot better...

I actually get to start in our gym tomorrow...Back to light weights though...

I hope to do a Powerlifting meet in the near future...Yay me...

I had an Ablation done and it was run from my both sides of my groin to my heart...
