    Welp I'm back and trying to grow into a show in November doing Physique. Currently weighing in at 225 I need to be 220 or under and 6% bf guesstimating now I'm at about 20% so roughly I need to recomp nice amount of Fat...

    That's me today after a workout.. more pics and plan protocol later today just wanted to start it out, tonight

    Looking good. Hard to tell from one pic with clothing, but you might get criticism for "arms too big."

    If I can ever hear that about me, I can die a happy man.

    Well without going into a whole meal plan bc I paid a coach. It's mostly low carb as a stay puff carb man lo Carb allows me to lose nicely. Most of carbs come in the morning with a max of about 75 g.
    Workout plan wise I love 2 body part old school workouts so
    Sunday/Monday Chest and back
    Monday/Tuesday legs
    Tuesday/Wednesday Arms
    Then repeat cycle it def will be a challenge to get back to going to gym on Saturday.

    Cardio wise doing 30mins low intensity bc my knee is fucked up a lil. Nothing serious but I know no HIIT on it .

    Gear wise I will be on 300 of tren and masteron and Test Prop via Hard on. Also using 300 of Enathate as well totals being weekly. So I would pin EOD of Hard on and twice a week on Enathate splitting the dose. I don't need a shit ton of gear anymore lol I've learned more is not better. Especially coming from the old days of doing a gram a week
    Anavar at 60 mgs a day
    Nolva 20 mgs a day as well.
    I keep hearing about Aromisin maybe I'll give it a go lmk how y'all like it... BtW thats chest fat not gyno...

    Pics are from this AM before cardio. Also this is after coming down from 282 last year.
    Thanks y'all I know y'all will be brutally honest but that's what I expect. Also the way Physique is going I think I will be in good shape as long as I cut the fat lol

    When are you doing shoulders? IMO, they key for an aesthetic physique. Without broad, capped, lean shoulders, you don't have the necessary shoulders/waist differential that is key.

    I always do feeder sets of laterals 4 sets on each day.
    On Arm day all three heads are worked

    Welp had to change up my workout schedule.
    Worked my chest and quads yesterday. I only do leg extensions for now I don't need mass as In the past I've done presses and squats and they grow to the point pant don't fit. Most don't believe me but hey it's all about what works for me.
    Cable Crossover
    12x40
    12x40
    12x50
    12x60
    12x70
    12x80
    12x90
    12x100

    Incline press
    12x185 X 6

    Closed Hand Flyes
    40x12 x8

    Quads
    Leg Extensions
    12x70 x6
    4 sec tut


    On the TUT try to explode up and let the negative be 4 seconds down I guarantee you will not be able to put massive numbers up and your legs will be shaking like a tree lol.

    It's been a little bit but definitely been hitting it. Diet has been cool the only downside is that I have to cut sodium down bc with Enathate I tend to hold water like crazy. So I'm up give or take 2-3 lbs daily due to water weight...

    Some progress pics. Gotta love the bathroom home pics :D didn't expect to go up in weight but pants and shirts fit looser. Still manipulating my sodium to see my lines as I don't like being a watery puff bag
