Eating every three hours for gaining mass is of great benefit.

I would eat at 7am, 10am, 1pm, 4pm, 7pm and 10pm.

Number one, it keeps a constant flow of nutrients in your system at all times.

Number two, it keeps your body pumping out insulin all day long so you are staying in that anabolic mode.

Number three, it allows you time to rest between meals so you can get more food into your system.

There would be NO WAY that I could eat a whole day's worth of bulking in just two meals.
