i was thinking since this contest seems to be more athletic driven (more walks) then power driven...i usually compete at 230, but i was thinking of coming in at 220lbs this time ready to fly.... athleticism is my strength as oppose to raw power at a normal contest so i was thinking this would be a good opportunity to really use it to my advantage...thoughts?

Looks like a lot of endurance based events. IMO it will serve you well to be a little lighter and quick on your feet for this contest.

No worries, bud. In my experience, conditioning will be pretty big in this type of contest, but I'm sure you figured that already.

being 3 weeks out from contest do you just focus on those events, or still work on other ones...... stones is my weakest event, i just got a 250 stone last month from the guy running the contest in dc, i was wondering to still work on stone or just focus on these events being that there is only a couple weeks of training left?

I'm probably just ra-tarded but I am not seeing a stone event on the entry for this contest. If I were in your shoes, I would work on GPP and timing your events, getting faster on the moving events as a priority.

Agreed focus on getting quicker at the events of the comp. When do you stop training before a comp? Personally it used to be a week before. As I am getting older I stop ten day before a comp and two weeks before nationals.

Skip the stone work and focus on the events for the contest.

Joe runs a good show there. His events are solid this year. Work on your carries above all else, and be ready to pull a heavy sled :)
