I really never tried Mast until last summer. Ive relied on Tren BUT always got the worst sides from it.
Now, Mast is MY Favorite thing to run for a cutting cycle. Or in place of Tren.
I do not get any sides from it, It may seem unconventional but I know some people like to bulk with Test/Tren/Dbol. Now, since discovering how well Mast works for me, I use it in place of Tren. No severe acne, no extremly high blood pressure, no night sweats/uncontroable sweating.
So last Summer (Started the cycle April 1st)
My dose started out like this:
Prop 200mg
Mast 50mg
Anavar 100mg
4ius GH
(Every Day)
But 4 weeks into it I went to:
Prop 200mg
Mast 150mg
4ius GH
(Every Day)
I dropped the var after I started seeing results that Ive been looking to achive since I had ever started lifting. (besides it was killing my lipid profile)
But everyone is different, for me, I will NEVER use anything but mast again. No more var, maybe this year switch to provirion instead.
Im always on atleast 2ius of GH so my usual 4 is where I will prob stay.
So to answer your question, I would run 100mg-150mg ed. I wouldnt run anything less than 100mg. But what worked GREAT for me, may not be the same case for you. Everyone is different. You wont know until you try it yourself.
