I'm new here I just signed up, I've been training for about a year now, I really look up to the old school lifters Paul Wrenn, the Kaz, john Kuc, Don Reinhoudt and my all time fav Doyle Kenady, I have my own garage gym luckily thats basic bare bones rogue squat rack, 2 bars, a cheap lat pull down machine, Various dB's up to 80lbs and a prowler. I'm looking forward to being apart of the community here.

Monday

Wednesday
Deadlift

#2 5 eggs 50 grams of oats
#3 8oz chicken breast 50 grams brown rice
#4 8oz chicken breast 50 grams brown rice
#5 8oz beef 50 grams brown rice
#6 12 oz yogurt 2 tbsp of PB 50 grams oats mixed up together

Most people don't know who Doyle Kenady is. That was a MONSTER.

Oh man I know, its a shame there's not much if any good info out there about how Doyle trained.
