Anyone have any experience with lipotropic injections?
They seem to be fairly popular, and people say it works. I wonder if it's only effective because of the caloric restriction, or if it actually helps the body burn fat?
I'm curious about trying it, since even when dieting I seem to have some very stubborn spots.
