You need more food and sleep if you can't stay over 210. You may also consider a straight powerlifting routine for a little while and try to pack on some thickness. Your shape and strength and conditioning are not lacking, but your thickness and density are. FOOD AND SLEEP.
Bro im pure ectomorph, i eat chinese food, pizza and fast food 15 mins before i go to bed, with a shit ton of weight gain shakes, Im now consuming 6000 calories a day, which was a bitch to do. And im still not gaining weight, i wouldnt lie to you guys. My metabolism is just absolutely stupid fast.
However like i said, i am more Lean at the same bodyweight as i was last year.
Last year i was about 210 BLOATED to hell with a 36 inch waist. Now im 210 lean with a 32.
So ive gained muscle tissue. Just my genetics bro i cant gelp it.
I was doing super drol for a little bit and that seemed to be adding strength and thickness to me as well.
Would superdrol be useful for a cut? Or just do the winny instead.
