I miss the days when motivational exuberance came easily, its kinda like a new song that you like, at first you get all fired up listening to it but then after time it doesnt have the charge it had before.
I have to find all sorts of ways to keep my intensity up in the gym, if it means challenging myself to out lift my partner or telling myself Im gonna be bigger than a friend of mine whos pro....even those weird unrealistic things keep me going if only workout to workout.
Its all about training your mind, I still love training but finding that extra gear some days takes some new and interesting mental stimulus..always chasing that.
