Does that mean, no olive oil, pb, red meat? How many grams of fat per day are we talking?
What exactly are people eating, and is it healthy? How are you being heart and cell healthy without including a decent amount of essential Omegas? I really want to try a low fat lifestyle, not necessarily a 10 week diet. Id rather just look in shape, not 8%. But if its not healthy on the heart, then Ill pass.
