ATW what know one has told you is that Halo and I live in the mental institution and Hawkeye is on staff there...lol the best thing about the logs here is that they are motivatonal and a driving force. I actually try to read a log or 2 before going to the gym in the morning. call me stupid but it ussually works.

Thanks ATW, I really appreciate that coming from someone who I am amazed at daily it's a very high compliment. You are part of my motivation, period! You are a rockstar with how dedicated you are to your fitness, how significant of an impact you have on so many animals and their humans and all that while raising a couple of awesome monchers!!!! You put the rest of us to shame ....

JB, hellz yeah he's in the gym they cleared him to lift 500lbs again... wait I mean they cleared him to go over 5lbs. Couple of zeros here or there no big deal LOL...
