Hawk I can see you looking at a bench dreaming like in your avatar. LOL that is classic with your situation bro. I am gonna wrap my knees a little tighter and stick with 3 plates and under. The good news is that Next week I go into the last week of my phase so that = deload my brother. The thing that really sucks is my squat has always been a more narrow stance until the last 2 months. I have slowly widened my stance.

I will bounce back my brother as will you. You always have my attention when you speak, you are a well respected brother. Look me up on Halo's FB.

Maybe because it's pretty damn cool to press big weight over your head? Nothing like slapping Fat Gripz on a bar and throwing a few plates on each side and pressing heavy ass weight!

yeah I need to get back my fat gripz. they are burried in the bag. buddy I have no idea how you do skull crushers with 135 +chains. 135 i can deal with but chains. screw that shit. I like doing BB over head tricep ext.

as far as the OHP standing is the way to go brother. My back is getting thick and wide as shit. In 8 months of OHp and heavy Krocs I can see and feel a big difference. You got a PM coming soon.
