Glad to see u here bro. Started the halo extreme and shit is nuts. We will see what the next 5 weeks bring.

How's the bicep doing? Swollen bad still. Back at work. If ur shit looks as back as halos then ouch.

I was to take it light this week but I woke up with too much energy and honestly I have been having a hard time staying light this week. Since this is my first week after F&D I can say my OHP has come up substantially Goal is to hit 315 on the OHP by end of next phase.

As Halo would say " thanks I ressemble that" LOL.... The flood and destroy really destroyed us and I was to go 70% this whole week but work is a total Pain in the Butt so I needed a stress relief.

As far as the 2 OHP sets. Flat put me on this program 8 months ago and My overall numbers have jumped all around. The second set of OHPS are totally explosive sets, almost like speed work. I am currenlty sitting at my desk feeling the Hell of this morning. What doesnt kill you will make you grow... Right?

Great workout JB! Damn bro I had shoulders today too and nothing like yours bro, I feel the need to hit it hard just like you're describing. I am thankful for the time to recover from F&D but I'm missing it just the same. Love seeing your OHP numbers way to smash that shit, wish I could see that second set, I'm guessing you were grimacing "a little" :)

Brother I was cursing you out in my head. I'm like "come on you punk get that bitch back up, cant let Halo see me cry" lol. it was a mess. I ran out of time because i wanted to add speed bench in, but doing the explosive OHP was a total killer...Before F&D i did the second round with 135-155. I can see 315 brother, but I am gonna be hurting tomorrow. I got squats and hacks tomorrow plus weighted good mornings. it will be fun. going home soon to foam roll and then bed.

Tomorrow for me is supposed to be back LOL... as of this moment that seems like a bridge too far :) But we'll see you never know how my legs might bounce back over night. Have fun down there!

I am done with that! I did 12 weeks of it. So now it's 5/3/1. I did legs today log will come tomorrow. Promised wife nice night in Annapolis MD.
