World market carry this slushy syrup called jubilee. I always get the cherry flavor. You can get it online too. I blend 3 oz (60g of carbs) of it with 50g of syntrax nectar crystal sky whey isolate and ice for my pwo shake. You won't find anything as tasty or refreshing as this combo. Its taste even better in the hot summer months.
