Hey gang. A good buddy from another board is on here, and another forum I'm on and suggested I come here. Had a look around and seems like a great board with some excellent vet and medical info unlike any board I've seen! Also seems free of gay and tranny banter like other boards. I'm a clown and jokster and at 1st it was funny but when every tread turns into gay and tranny jokes and threads go south it ruins the board and the threads.
I've been lifting 4 yrs back now. I lifted when in my late teens early 20's got burnt out. Had a gf with huge tits and said **** the weights. Took 8 yrs off the gym. A buddy wanted to get into shape for his wedding and knew I used to lift and wanted help. I took the Baton and ran with it.
I'm a midget at 5' 6" fwiw.
Here was me 4 yrs ago after 8 yrs of lazy. 140 lbs
Here was after last recomp cycle last yr 175 lbs
Last bulk pic pretty recent 185lbs
About ready to do a summer recomp again. I might make a log not sure yet.
Excited to finally found a busy, yet informative board to help ppl and learn some new things.
