Was almost done doing shrugs when I straightened my arm and felt a snap along the inner side of my elbow. Can't straiten it now. Been several weeks and lots of ice, going to see the specialist next week. Can't wait to hear the good news. Any thoughts????
Why did you wait several weeks?
The elbow is one of the worst areas to injure or have repaired..take it from someone that has had triceps tendon surgery on both elbows.
(not to mention all the work that was done on the bone, cartilage, bursa removal..)
