I remember taking a nap after pulling 585 for 8 then heading over to the squat rack and squatting 675 for 4. I laid down on the bench for about a 30 minute nap after that. Haha. Probably the only beneficial nap in the gym I can think of. Got woken up by a rocket attack and had to waddle back to my tent to get my gear, hoping the entire way back a rocket would put me out of my misery. I should have just stayed there taking a nap.Are you saying naps between sets and no intensity don’t build muscles? WTH… you’re lying!!
