Good for you to be able to relax and party a little. I find it almost impossible to do that anymore with my routine, mindset, etc. I know I'll have to do similar at some point when the time calls for it. Glad to see you're still going strong brother.
I've come to the conclusion that no one cares what I squat or pull and to take it so seriously still just keeps me from enjoying everything else so I've lightened my grip up and I'm happier for it.

Felt great to be back at my old gym. I got to break out my old bare steel DL bar (it needs A LOT of love as it's rusted, but I'll clean it this week). I oiled it 2 years ago so it spins well and the knurling is very aggressive. Well worth the 30min drive as I didn't have to wait for a platform and I'll get to use new machines which will be great too. I also saw there's a med set of chain it looks like so I can add another 10lbs chain to my lifts.

WK3 - TUES
Sumo DL - 135, 225, 275, 325, 365, 405, 435 x1, 465 x3
Pause Squat +70chain - 135+C, 185+C, 225+C, 265+C, 305+C, 325+C x3
RDL conventional - 135, 195, 235 x5, 265 x4
Accessories: widegrip pulldown, rope hammer curl
