Felt great to be back at my old gym. I got to break out my old bare steel DL bar (it needs A LOT of love as it's rusted, but I'll clean it this week). I oiled it 2 years ago so it spins well and the knurling is very aggressive. Well worth the 30min drive as I didn't have to wait for a platform and I'll get to use new machines which will be great too. I also saw there's a med set of chain it looks like so I can add another 10lbs chain to my lifts.
