Heavy whipping cream. All fat, no sugar. Can add to a protein, especially at night to slow the absorption.

My last meal of the day is 100 grams salmon, 28 grams of pistachios and 100 grams of asparagus to keep it moving. Keeps me from being hungry until morning and slides out very well :)

I stick to flax seeds and flax seed oil (as extra). Cut out extra omega 6 saturated fat from my diet long time ago.
