i use 2 cups od eggwhites and 3 whole egg. yolks have good cholesterol in them and good fats.
when im on keto i eat 1 dozen whole eggs a day. llast time i ran keto for 5 weeks so that was well of 30 dozen whole eggs. not sure if i answered your question. all depends on your requirements i guess.
Not too worried about the cholesterol in eggs yolks. I'm not saying I only eat whole eggs, because I do throw in egg whites a few times per week, but mostly to fill protein requirements without getting the fats. I've read a couple good studies on the dangers, or lack thereof, of cholesterol in eggs. Your body actually needs cholesterol to run perfectly.
