how do you use Quark

I've recently discovered Quark cheese (which is nearly fat free). Mixed with cocoa, peanut butter, cinnamon, cocoa chips and a mashed banana it tastes like a chocolate cheesecake!!!

Does anyone else use Quark and if so do you have any recipes that you can share?
