Let's say my TRT is 125mg/wk of test cyp. How do I calculate to do it subq 3 times per week?

41.66 mg per shot

If your gear is 125 mg per ml it is .366 ml

250 mg per ml would be .183 per shot

I think I am right with the math. I am just drinking coffee now so who knows.

Depends on how many mg/ml your gear is.

TBH why would you split your cyp 3 times a week? you can sub-q up to 1.5 ml per location with no issues, cyp has a half-life of about 8 days so after 3 weeks of injections you have a very stable T no peaks or valley's in readings even more so when injecting sub-q.

cyp scrips come usually in 100gm/ml or 200mg/ml

so 125mg @ 100mg/ml would be 1.25ml once a week or if you insist on 3 times a week it would be .41 ml per injection
125mg @ 200mg/ml would be .62ml once a week or if you insist on 3 times a week it would be .20 ml per injection

You can do cyp weekly and be fine
Why be a pin cushion with no real benefit?
Also, why subq? Talk about pip!!

Sub-q does have some advantages in TRT estrogen levels don't rise as much as pinning in muscle and T is more stable overall. Even when dosing over TRT levels but its less popular because your limited to 1 to 1.5cc so if your pinning 1000mg/w @ 200mg/ml thats 4 or 5 sub-q vs one big glute shot. Another advantage to sub-q especially with UG gear is if you get an infection its right below the skin in fat so the abscess is easy to lance yourself, but when its an inch+ deep in muscle in your glute you usually wind up in the ER. Over time IM shots also build up scar tissue in muscles which you will notice but not in fat.
