Hola from Puerto Rico!

Hola ! My name is Davo . I am 42y/o and i do live in Puerto Rico . I am not a newbie but i am not an expert either. I started young but never had good results sometimes most of the times because i didn't have time . Now , i am 42 and i feel motivated alhough i know will not be easy to build muscle at my age.

So to make my storie short....recently, i did start training August 18 ,2015 at an old style gym in my community. This was my weight 216.2 height 5.5 and IMC 36.0. I am planning to do another test the on Sept 18 to see if that numbers changed or not.

ATM this is what i do:

Five days of training , i always do 4 days to walk or jogging 1 mile.

this are the routines i am working but i would appreciate whatever you advise me to do to get better results :

sit ups
press
press bench
remo horizontal- don't know the name in English
curl
french press
reverse curl
sit ups

--

hyperextension or sit ups
back squat
leg press
leg extension
leg curl
raise on toes
hyperextension or sit ups
---

sit ups
curl
dumbell curl = don't know if that is how you spell it.
preacher curl
push down
lying triceps extension
french press
reverse curl
sit ups
----

sit ups
bench press
incline press
decline with dumbells
flies
pull over

----

lat pull down
close grip
barrel down
remo horizontal


Thats all the routines i am working. Excuse my English and errors is not my first language.
